TXD Workshop For GTA Games

Description

This is a new txd texture editor for GTA3, Vice City and San andreas.

Works for all gta3, vc and SA, supports all txd formats, including compressed, latest version even supports working within img files.

Upgraded in 2010 with a brand new DXT compressor/decompressor using libsquish to improve reliability and image quality.

Updated in 2012 to restore multi-file export options.

Updated in 2018:

version 5.3 (15 years edition)

+ Various stability fixes

+ Added DXT5 support

+ Added full mipmaps support, but it ONLY suports san andreas PC - other game versions will strip mipmaps before saving.
